The Warrington Country Club will be providing three main entrees:
Chicken Pomador - boneless breast of capon w/prosciutto ham, sliced tomato, melted provolone cheese, tomato cream sauce, garnished w/diced tomato and fresh herbs
Baked Brook Trout - stuffed with Crab Imperial
Sliced New York Sirloin Strip - served in a mushroom and wine sauce
Vegetarian and Children's meals will also be available, as well as assorted appetizers, an open bar, and a lovely, lovely cake.
